| KEEPING AUSTRALIA MOVING |
| The theme of Caltex's annual report, released in March this year, was 'Keeping Australia moving', to reflect the integral part the company's refineries and products play in the economic life of this country. We designed, project managed and produced the printed and online reports as well as the AGM slide pack. The html online report featured 'image' and 'key points' galleries. To improve readability of the simplified financial report we incorporated collapsible, interactive menus for the Discussion & Analysis section. And to improve usability overall we opted for a strong navigation structure, good cross linking and a sliding 'back to top' button. |

| DOING MORE WITH LESS |
|
An obvious challenge for organisations in the year ahead will be to achieve more with less. But that doesn't mean the quality of your communications material must suffer. A job we've recently completed for the Australian Energy Market Commission (who writes the rules for the energy market) is a case in point. The AEMC publishes reports, reviews, Rules, guidelines and standards for both electricity and gas markets ' and the AEMC Reliability Panel publishes a' caseparate series of documents again. We provided an information strategy for both the AEMC and the Panel that efficiently sign-posted documents at all the stages of consultation. We also applied a consistent 'look and feel' through all PowerPoint presentations,'cainformation and Q&A fact sheets, 'caand provided Word templates for all' cabranded material. These were fed into an e-publishing platform and all collateral can now be produced inhouse. To ensure brand guidelines are correctly applied, we produced an identity manual to accompany the project.

| MANAGING WORKPLACE RISK |
| Workplace Risk Management Services is an occupational health and safety consultancy. The principal, who worked in the petrochemical industry for three decades before establishing the business, wanted to refresh his company's corporate identity to better reflect its capabilities. We designed a brochure, letterhead, business cards and invoice statement, and again provided the letterhead and invoice statement in Word templates so they could be sent electronically. |
