Top eight magazines by circulation are now customer magazines

While the media industry may be experiencing tough times, figures published this month in the UK show customer magazines have grown by 16% in the last six months. According to the Association of Publishing Agencies, the top eight (by circulation) are customer magazines and 12 now rank in the top 20. Research by Royal Mail also shows that 78% of the UK’s most trusted brands publish a customer magazine. Comparable figures are not available in Australia, but leading companies understand the value of these publications: for the past three years we have worked closely with ANZ to produce InPerspective for the bank’s corporate clients and in particular, senior executives of private companies.
